Risk Disclosure & AI Disclaimer

Section 1. No financial liability for the operation of AI
1.1. AI agents, algorithmic strategies and terminals operating in real time (including streams on the project's YouTube channel and public forecasts whose hash is recorded on a blockchain) are the result of mathematical modelling and machine learning. Any published forecasts, signals and data are for information, demonstration and experimental purposes only and are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
1.2. The NeuPortal project gives no guarantee of returns, signal accuracy or loss-free operation of AI agents on any market (currently Binance; in future, including Polymarket, SX Bet, Kalshi, Oanda and others). The User bears sole financial responsibility for all of their actions, bets, orders and capital allocation, including the decision to place assets in an AI-terminal plan, stop it or withdraw funds. The Platform does not compensate users' losses from trading or betting.
1.3. Replies of the assistant "Nova", the leaderboard, the "Experiment" page, demo mode and other Platform materials are for reference only, may contain errors and are not a promise of any result. Demo results and past results do not guarantee future results.
Section 2. Main risks
The User understands and accepts that:
- digital assets and derivatives are highly volatile; leveraged trading can lead to liquidation of positions and loss of the entire amount placed in a plan;
- AI is an experimental technology: algorithms can make mistakes, perform worse in new market conditions or stop; slippage, delays and API failures of external venues are possible;
- external exchanges and venues may suspend operation, change their rules, restrict withdrawals or cease activity — the Platform has no control over this;
- stablecoins (USDT, USDC) may lose their peg to the dollar or be frozen by the issuer;
- blockchain transactions are irreversible; a transfer to a wrong address or on a wrong network may lead to permanent loss of funds;
- regulation of digital assets, AI trading and prediction markets is changing and may restrict the availability of the Platform in the User's country;
- platform risk limits (daily stop, plan floor, etc.) reduce but do not eliminate losses.
Only place funds you can afford to lose.
Section 3. Limitation of technical liability for the gateway and wallets
3.1. Because the software modules of the custom payment gateway and the asset storage architecture (hot and cold wallets) are in the final testing stage, the Administration, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for temporary software failures, data transmission delays (API/Blockchain Delay), bugs or desynchronisation of internal balances.
3.2. If critical technical errors occur in the gateway on deposit or withdrawal, settlement and manual return of confirmed digital assets are handled through an individual request to: [email protected]. A technical failure does not release the Administration from the obligation to return the User's confirmed assets recorded on the balance, less lawful deductions.
3.3. Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the others.
Section 4. Contact
